APPLICATION PROCESS

Once the application and application fee has been received, the application will be processed. PG Management & MoJo Management will use their own point system to determine if the applicant(s) will qualify for (1) of our (3) options.

  • There is a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 per person per screening and must be paid before the application can be processed. Select Pay Now if interested in paying online.
  

  • Download and complete an application today!  

  • A married couple may complete (1) application per person.  

  • A separate application is required for each adult 18 years or older who wants to be on the lease.

  • An actual signature is required on each application (electronic signatures are not accepted).

  • All applications should be submitted in person, by fax or scanned and  emailed.
